* Currently 37 states involved.

* Anticipating offering privileges to practice effective 2025.

* The Process:

> Individuals will apply to the state they wish to receive privileges in and pay the Compact Admin. fee and the state fee (states set their own fee rate). 

> Individuals will have completed an FBI background check (not a state background check).

> Individuals will take the Jurisprudence Exam for the state they want privileges in.

> Once approved, the individual will receive an email designating the assigned state privilege # (no certificate issued).

> Privileges expire when the individual's home state's license expires and will thus need to be renewed at that time.
